Our Impact
Transportation is essential in today’s society, especially when it comes to providing and caring for our families, yet it can become rather costly to maintain especially for lower-income families. Inability to cover the cost of just one repair could begin the start of a large spiral effect, resulting in the loss of their jobs and even homes. In these situations, a hand-up can make all the difference!
Here at Higher Power Garage, we strive to show God's love by providing low-cost vehicle repairs for those in need. We strongly feel that through these repairs, life-changing differences are being made.
Who and How we serve
We serve those in need in our local community such as seniors on fixed incomes, single parent households, lower income families, widows, the disabled, veterans, and those in the final stages of an approved long term recovery program.
All applications will be reviewed for eligibility based on the Federal Poverty Level Financial Guidelines, with situational considerations. We limit our assistance to minor repairs, such as brakes, tires, minor suspension, etc.
